A Level Graduation Qualifications

A level qualifications are ten-unit awards and final year (Year 12), Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics) and Humanities (History, Economics, Geography) in additional combination for specialization the following subjects are crosscutting for IGCSE and A’ Level ( Mathematics, French, English and ICT).

With regards to curriculum and assessment, students are given more open-ended questions requiring extensive essay responses, more questions requiring a synoptic overview of the content, the inclusion of an extended coursework project, and the introduction of an A* grade for very high achievement.

 

Graduation Requirements

  • He/she has to have completed the IGCSE level and passed it with at least a grade C in the subjects sat for.
  • He/she has to complete a two years AS/A level courses according to the area of specialization
  • Have to have completed all the Internal Assessments, work samples, Practical work and collected by Cambridge
  • Has to sit for and pass the International examinations at the end of year 12 He/she has to be in the range of 17-19 years of age.

The A2 level two year program leads to the award of the full A level only.
